The Osprey Bartender is responsible for ensuring that all Osprey and Beaver Creek Resort guests, owners have the highest quality food and beverage dining experience possible. The Bartender follows the brand standards from the beginning of the service cycle through the entire dining process. He/She exhibits strong menu and beverage/wine knowledge, is professional and gracious while enhancing the dining experience through outstanding service skills. Other responsibilities include Lounge services, Room service, and banquets, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent - required
- Two years bartending experience - required
- Two years of experience in property of similar size and quality - required
- Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge - required
- Ability to read and comprehend complex correspondence in English - required
- Ability to effectively present detailed information both verbally and in written form to guests and employees - required
- Must be at least 21 years old - required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - required
- Commitment to the end of the season - required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays - required
- In person interview - required
- Knowledge of computer or hotel system - preferred
