Rental Technician associates are responsible for accurately and efficiently fitting rental eqipment to guest and are responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generate sales, and safeguarding company assets. This is a seasonal position running from November to April.

Essential Job Responsibilities, Including but not limited too:

• Fit Boots, Skis, Snowboards and/or Poles to guest satisfaction
• Ensure guests are well-equipped for a day at the resort
• Remain current on new industry products and trends while demonstrating knowledge of products
• Must be mechanicaly inclined with the ability to use hand tools, power tools on a daily basis
• Willing to become certified in ski binding manufactures
• Assist other departments when needed
• Keep shop clean and tidy
• Able to lift up to 50lbs

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old - Required
• Strong customer service skills
• Freindly, personable and comfortable working with people
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays - Required
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn the register
• Experience with rental POS system - P referred
• Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours
