We are currently seeking Night Auditors to work at Park City for the 2015 – 2016 winter season.

Job Summary: The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel transactions; reviewing, organizing, compiling and distributing management reports on a timely basis and ensuring the accuracy of guest and owner billings and ledger transactions. This position is also responsible for effectively communicating concerns and/or related issues to all levels of management and performing various front office duties as required, including check-in, check-out, valet, and switchboard operation. This person will also respond to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, directions to local attractions and restaurants, meeting rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc. according to individual needs.

Requirements:

• A passion for guest service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that can include nights, holiday and weekends.
• Team player that will add to a fun collaborative environment.

• English Proficiency.
• Able to work the entire season (November–April).
