Customer Service Rep

Aerotek has a client in need of customer service representatives to join their team. Customer representatives will be handling inbounds calls from clients looking to make final payments.

Employees can expect around 30-40 inbound calls per day depending on total volume. Candidates will be answering inbound calls from existing customers, verifying customer information and helping to process payments.
