Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading continuous improvement by driving efforts towards Quality from manufacturing process and distribution through the value stream. An Manufacturing Engineer will spend 75 to 80% of their time on the production floor.

Must Have's:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering (Mechanical Engineering is acceptable as long as the candidate has at least 2 years of on the job Industrial Engineering experience)
- 6 months of recent experience using hand tools preferably gained through mechanical hobbies such as working on a car, buidling things/fixtures, or working on tractors, etc.
- Either know how to weld or ability and willingness to learn how to weld
