Responsible for assisting the marketing liaisons in the Retail Division with all aspects of the marketing process including:
Preparing marketing materials and pitchbooks Conducting company research Evaluating retailers' credit quality and analyzing complex information for prospective loans Preparing screening memoranda Evaluating industry information Ongoing projects that require research and evaluation of market data 2+ years experience in commercial finance, private equity or investment banking. Experience working in commercial lending, commercial finance or investment banking Experience using Microsoft Office applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills and multi-task completion orientation Candidate should be oriented toward a fast-paced, deal driven environment Prior asset based experience Prior experience evaluating consumer and retail companies Underwriting and/or credit analysis experience Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics
