Customer Service / Sales / Marketing / Public Speaking / Advertising / Management

The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Essential Functions:

1) Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customers pertaining to order status and product knowledge requests.
2) Processes customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures.
3) Works closely with other departments to resolve issues with new or established accounts.
4) Provides timely feedback to Market Manager regarding service initiation or customer concerns.
5) Trains with the leadership team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
6) Drive sales production to set and meet personal and team goals.
Oversee our clients marketing and advertising campaigns.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

We are seeking candidates with full-time availability, however we also have part-time opportunities and internships. The schedule will be discussed in interview process as we have different shifts available to meet your needs. We pride ourselves on being able to offer each team member an great work/life balance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Education and Experience

1) High School diploma or equivalent
2) Customer service, retail, sales or marketing experience
3) Basic knowledge of electronics, tablets, TV's etc.
4) Ability to develop strong relationships with others to foster a positive company and brand image
