Recruiter (1 to 3 years of Experience)

We are seeking for a full-cycle recruiter in Mclean, VA. Candidate must have an out-going, team driven personality.

-Bachelors degree preferred, not required
-3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, will need to do their own sourcing
-Background in government contracting is HIGHLY preferred, ask your candidates if they are familiar with govt contracting timelines, lingo, etc
-Communication (written and verbal) are key
-Customer service should be their primary focus (professionalism is key)
-Experience recruiting on LinkedIn, Monster/Careerbuilder (they use Jobvite which pushes their postings out to the other job boards)
