General Summary:

The Customer Equipment Analyst role supports PepsiCo Foodservice national customers and service providers within the Independent Bottler areas by managing the effectiveness of General Service orders and other services. Working directly with the FOBO Equipment Sourcing Manager, you will gain a working knowledge of PepsiCo's Shared Inventory equipment purchasing process.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities Recommendation:

Monitoring work orders, new equipment surveys, customer change requests, email queue and route issues.

Producing weekly status reports

Managing ordering process, phone call handling for customer inquiries

Creating reports as needed using SAP queries, BEX Web Analyzer and Microsoft Excel.

Working with logistic companies to route PepsiCo's equipment between locations

Basic Qualifications:

2 years of previous customer service / supply chain experience

Willingness to work flexible work hours

Willingness to travel 10%

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

4 year undergraduate degree

Prior SAP, CRM/ECC experience

Prior Foodservice and/or bottler operations experience
