About this job
Essential Functions
Coordinate and manage schedules, arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, events, time off, etc.
Coordinates and establishes procedures for message handling, file maintenance, department office supply ordering and mail, attend meetings and keep notes on meeting content.
Uses an array of business software applications (e.g. word processing, presentation and spreadsheets) to prepare presentations, departmental reports and organizational charts. Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments. Processes monthly expense reports.
Leads coordination of Reward and Recognition incentives.
Files help desk tickets to update/correct permissions.
Maintain knowledge and act as resource for business unit's policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with other departments and back up other admins as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Required
3+ years of experience providing administrative support.
Has developed knowledge and skills of administrative work and processes.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Budget Tracking
Education
Minimum Required
High School Diploma/GED
