About this job

Essential Functions:
* Answer and communicate with Nat Sherman's direct customers
* Perform daily customer inquiry log functions
* Input and review various customer orders
* Coordinate customer requests with outside sales representatives and various level of customers' management
* Assist shipping department and coordinate daily delivery function
* Perform credits and returns as required
* Perform and maintain various ATF responsibilities as related to order entry and shipping
* Assist Customer Service Director in all other administrative functions as needed
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in a customer service related function, prefer retail experience.
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and order entry software
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of additional languages a plus
* High school diploma required
* Work a flexible schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 - 4:30 PM
