The steward will work in a hot steamy environment and is also responsible for cleaning the employee dining room, as well as in-depth cleaning of all walk-in freezers and refrigerators, ovens, stoves and pantries. Other duties as required. May be asked to work extensive hours based on business volume.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must maintain a clean and safe work station
- Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Must love to snowboard, ski, bike, hike or just enjoy the Colorado winter. A balance of work and personal life is key.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred.
- High School Diploma Preferred.
- Spanish Language skills preferred
