Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
Review the analysis and interpretation of others work
Oversee ad-hoc client and operational reports developed and presented by others
Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning
Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
Analyze key performance indicator trends for all operational areas including P&L
Assist in establishing operational scorecards and appropriate business targets based on analysis
Monitor performance, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of major variances
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Ad-Hoc Analysis
Implement and manage appropriate operational dashboards
Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, or related field or 8+ years of directly applicable of Business / Financial Analysis experience in lieu of the Bachelors Degree
5+ years of experience in Business / Financial analysis or 8+ years of equivalent experience without a Bachelor's Degree
5+ Experience gathering requirements from the client / business and documenting them in a clear concise manner or 8+ years of equivalent experience without a Bachelors Degree
5+ years of experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes or 8+ years of equivalent experience without a Bachelors Degree
Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Excellent ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business both verbally and in writing
Ability to successfully analyze and problem solve multiple priorities and research that may contain conflicting and/or inaccurate data
Strong leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in related areas; MBA highly preferred (or equivalent work experience)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Power Point and Access
High standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
Highly motivated and driven individual with the ability to think creatively
Demonstrated ability to work with team members in a hands-on capacity
