Call Center Representative - Sirius XM

DialAmerica is currently hiring call center agents to work with SiriusXM Radio. Agents are contacting previous and existing customers of SiriusXM Radio. We are fully managing the consumers' account through our partnership. We renew, reactivate and update customer accounts.

We offer:

Flexible shifts: Both daytime and evening schedules to fit your lifestyle

Scheduling:

Daytime Positions Offer: 9am to 2pm schedules (to increase your hours we extend our shift to 3pm)

Evening Positions Offer: 5pm - 10pm and/or Saturday 9am-2pm

We require our evening agents to work a minimum of 20 hours per week(4 days per week)

* Enhance our clients' existing customer accounts by phone
