Administrative Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

A reputable educational institute in the Newtown Square, PA area is looking to have an administrative professional join their team.

The successful candidate will provide superior customer service to members, volunteers, and customers for a growing global organization. The position will track, validate, and enter customer data and inquiries accurately and within service standards. This will also involve responding and following up on all inquiries (email and telephone) in a professional, accurate, and timely manner to maintain defined service standards.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

• Processing applications and entering their information into the system
• Following up with applicants to clear up any missing information
• Answer any questions applicants may have about the application process
• Other administrative duties will be assigned as well

This is a contract position that is expected to go through December/January, paying $12-13/hour.
