About this job

Experience Needed:

- 1 to 2 years of post-closing, closing or title company background would be ideal
- If you have a Bachelor's degree and are willing to learn, and get their foot in the door with Banking this could be a fit also
- Experience with imaged documents (paperless system) is a plus
- Data entry experience / Computer proficiency (working within multiple screens)
- Mortgage industry background (FHA experience) is preferred
- Must be able to pick things up quickly and hit the ground running or they will not make it

What Final Docs / Corrections does on a day-to-day basis:

- Phone calls to & from title companies to obtain or research Final Docs
- Research, prepare and file Affidavit of Lost Assignment
- Receive faxes of final documents and process them through the system as necessary
- Pull docs from Document Custody to fulfill pool certifications
- Make corrections as applicable to Final Docs received to perfect the file for certification

*** This is a production based environment


- 1st shift; hours are flexible, but 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with 5-10 hours of overtime possible
- Very team-oriented environment but must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
