About this job
We are a leader in advance technology and are seeking customer service representatives to join our expanding business. If you have an outgoing personality, energetic, professional with good phone skills and also basic computer skills. We have an amazing training program as there is no experience necessary and are accepting applications for full and part time employment.
Necessary functions:
-Receives customers requests by phone call, understands requests, gives information asked.
-Resolves client questions pertaining orders.
-Data Entry and information processing.
-Processing and relaying clients complain to the technical department.
