A leading commercial janitorial company in the Dallas/Ft.Worth metroplex is searching for talented inside sales representative(s) to assist in business development through appointment setting.
Primary Duties
- Spend 100% of time on the phone via out bound calling to set up sales calls for the outside sales team
- Identify potential clients in need of janitorial services through cold calling
- The ability to organize, track prospecting activity and call backs
- Work closely with sales associates to schedule appointments
Requirements:
- Ability to work Part-Time Monday - Friday 9:30AM to 1:30PM
- Self-motivated and team player
- Excellent phone etiquette with professional phone voice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic PC skills (MicroSoft Outlook/eMail)
- Stable and consistent work history
- Prior lead generation in a business to business environment a plus
- Previous experience in outbound telemarketing or appointment setting recommended but not required
Other Information:
We are looking for a GO GETTER who enjoys talking to people and being on the phone
Commission offered for appointments scheduled in addition to Sales made by outside sales team
