Telemarketers/Inside Sales Representatives

COIT Cleaning & Restoration Services is looking for Telemarketers/Inside Sales Representatives who are responsible for building lasting relationship with our customers while being able to sell a multitude of in-home cleaning services including carpet/upholstery, draperies/window treatments, air ducts, tile and grout over the phone with integrity and excellence. 

Telemarketers/Inside Sales Representatives are primarily responsible for:

• Conducting outbound campaign calling & relationship management activities to previous clients.
• Creating customer interest, answer questions and determines customers cleaning needs through basic probing questions and offers appropriate services and products.
• Identifies and qualifies opportunities for our highly trained team of outside sales representatives.
• Maintain a large daily call volume of outbound calls
• Meet sales quotas/objectives and posts daily sales results.
• The job is to generate 5 to 10 quality appointments per day.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent telephone & oral communication skills: All qualified candidates must be mature-minded individuals with a talent for communicating professionally on the telephone.
• Must have an outgoing personality, not fearful of rejection
• Ideal candidates must demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and achieve appointment-setting goals.
• Strong knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as a team in a fast pace environment with flexibility to change.
• High energy, self-motivated, competitive individuals who can create interest in our products and services.
• Willingness to accept a commission based position
• Experience with outbound telephone sales and/or telemarketing a plus.
