As a Product Consultant, you will play a key role in the management and strategy of the National Accounts product portfolio.  You will establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, provide a resource for account management to help navigate the product organization, represent National Accounts in product roll out activities ensuring the NA voice is heard, gather accurate requirements and evaluate product performance for enhancements. You will strategically and creatively think about how the consumer experience should work, translating a vision to processes and requirements that impacts millions of lives and helps heal the health care system. Primary Responsibilities:

Partner with colleagues to determine product portfolio for National Accounts line of business
Advocate across enterprise for voice of NA market and product
Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
Support the development of market and sales strategies and value proposition
Manage cross-segment projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing
Influence innovation across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across multiple areas including technology, marketing, and service operations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of Product Management/ Product development experience
3+ years experience with MS Office applications
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
