We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Senior Compensation Analyst, Reward Specialist.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Requirements

Process and system management *Provide functional, system and process expertise in relation to relevant service areas. Answer all employee and stakeholder related queries *Participate in administration of global executive equity for Performance Based Share Awards and Matching Share plans, annual and interim award and payout processes. *Ensure reporting requirements. Manage and complete global reports upon request. *Ensure that policies and procedures are being applied *Provide functional, system or local subject matter expertise in relation to relevant service area Service Delivery, communication and change management *Ensure top notch service delivery with a user centric mindset *Work on additional projects as needed within Global Equity, Reward Services and HR Services for skill development as well as building cross functional talent and coverage. *Produce all necessary supporting documents and communications in the appropriate style Issue Management and Continuous improvement *Track and manage addressed issues and take necessary actions to resolve *Identify trends and actions to address where appropriate, in combination with the service provider - ensuring action is taken by both or either parties as appropriate *Assist in the transition and integration of the new Core HR system (Workday) and the rollout of the new North America payroll vendor as it relates to equity administration *Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive performance and cost efficiencies Relationship Management *Build and maintain positive working relationship with users, service providers, key stakeholders and clients *Manage 3rd party service providers and hold to account for delivery of service within agreed SLAs Data Integrity *Maintain the required levels of data integrity and quality for optimal service delivery, ensuring necessary data corrections are identified and implemented as appropriate *Ensure overall data compliance and confidentiality both within the parameters of Unilever policy and local legal legislation Experience and qualifications required: (Detail essential and desirable experience, including number of years) The successful candidate will have minimum of five to seven years compensation, finance or human resource systems experience, preferably for a large global organization. Undergraduate degree required. Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Management or related field ideal. Masters a plus. *Strong PC skills in Advanced Excel (super user required), Word, and PowerPoint required. *Proficiency in technology *Knowledge of Workday, PeopleSoft and SharePoint is desirable. *Top notch verbal and written communication skills. Must communicate with employees at all levels within the organization about complex compensation/tax/payroll matters. *Capable of thinking ahead and drawing inferences from data in order to anticipate possible outcomes and issues and putting forth suggestions on how to resolve them *Excellent administrative and organization skills. Must be detail-oriented and thorough with superior and persistent follow-through and consistently deliver quality on time. *Ability to be a team player while demonstrating the ability to work independently. *Needs to be relationship-oriented and successfully deal with a broad range of professionals. *Self starter.
