Requirements

Growing Multi-National Corporation is expanding in its Recruiting Department and adding a Senior Recruiter to the team in Hopkinton, MA. Program manager for University Relations organization. Manage intern program, requisition distribution to campus managers, compensation strategies, secure housing and provide roommate matching for relocating interns. Plan and execute all intern events; facilitate mentor matching for Northeastern coops; phone screen and track all executive executive referrals, provide an interface to onboarding/offboarding team, and communicate all policies/procedures to campus managers. This position will also be a campus manager to all of our Leadership Development Programs. This will require coordination with program managers for intern conversions, on campus events, and relationship with faculty and administration at key schools for LDP's. Prior experience managing large programs, ability to multi-task, recruiting experience (preferably at college level), and relationship management. Excellent program management, communication, presentation, recruiting, influencing, and relationship management skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Directs implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures. Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources. May be skilled in compensation, benefits, employment, affirmative action, training, and safety. Requires a four year degree and relevant experience. Please submit resumes for immediate consideration.
