Major Job Duties Include:
- The successful candidate will provide superior customer service to members, volunteers, and customers for a growing global organization.
- The position will track, validate, and enter customer data and inquiries accurately and within service standards. This will also involve responding and following up on all inquiries (email and telephone) in a professional, accurate, and timely manner to maintain defined service standards.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- At least one year of telephone response and data entry experience with speed and accuracy, preferable in a high volume transaction environment.
- Business math skills in regards to answering questions on dues and payments.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills, as well as command of the English language and associated rules and styles, to greet and respond to customers from worldwide locations.
- Excellent customer care skills with the ability to meet customer needs.
- Work hours could extend beyond regular schedules at times
- Bilingual capabilities in Spanish strongly preferred.
- Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite/database programs
- Ability to work outside of the normal business hours
