This position will be working as a Fraud Analyst. In this role, the Fraud Data Analyst will be supporting a fraud analysis and loss prevention team.
The Fraud Data Analyst will support call center operations with reporting and information pertaining to fraud activity on customers' accounts. They will be doing weekly, monthy and quarterly reporting in MS Excel on the data they are given.
Candidates will also be responsible for making suggesstions to management on some of the trends they are seeing and if there is any unusual activy around the accounts.
All candidates for the Fraud Data Analyst MUST possess the ability to work with pivot tables in Excel. Any background in customer service and/or working with credit card investigation/fraud claims would be highly desirable.
