This is a credit verification customer service representative position. Reps will be calling into creditors and verifing information on credit reports on behalf of mortgage companies. They are going to be verifying current balances on credit cards, car loans, student loans etc. Also what the payment status is on any late payments or missed, how deliquent people are with any type of debt. Qualified candidates need to be persistently polite but not pushy at all. They ask for help and to verify but never doing anything deceptive or pushy to get the information. Polite customer service and phone skills are required.
