Marketing Manager - Full-time / Part-time

The Marketing Manager is responsible for:

• Being the face of Chick-fil-A, Operator and our team in the community
• Building relationships with new guests and strengthen relationships with current guests
• Assist with social media platforms – facebook, twitter, instagram
• Member of the senior leadership team responsible for the primary development and implementation of the restaurant marketing plan, to include catering
• Responsible for planning, choreographing and executing special events inside and outside of the restaurant
• Overseeing and leading the specific and general duties, in relation to marketing the restaurant
• Responsible for maintaining strict adherence to Food Safety and Catering procedures
• Coaching team members in proper procedures and guest relations
• Showing passion for the Chick-fil-A brand with a cheerful attitude and a desire to get things done
• Leads a shift and fills an operational role whenever needed
• 30-40 hours per week; specific shifts vary depending on the task to be accomplished
• Use of a personal vehicle is required for community related work. Mileage reimbursed.
• Outside Sales or previous marketing experience is a plus.
