Reports To: Customer Services Supervisor


Roles & Responsibilities:

* Represent Bergin Fruit and Nut Company in a friendly and helpful manner to all customers, both in person and on the phone.
* Be responsible for a neat and tidy reception area and outlet store.
* Maintain a positive and helpful attitude for all guests, phone customers, and all Company employees.
* Ability to multitask at all times.
* Provide all customers with exceptional customer service through knowledge of product, Company procedures, and empathy for all concerned.


Performance Objectives:

* Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing and screening calls accurately. Monitor main voicemail box (#385).
* Greet all visitors in a helpful and friendly manner.
* Handle will call and outlet store sales; monitor cash box and credit card machine.
* Stamp all incoming and outgoing mail.
* Assign visitor badges to all guests; maintain visitors log and review daily.
* Keep inventory in outlet store stocked and monitored.
* Scan all invoices daily into Intact software system for Accounting department.
* Produce and mail out all bin labels as needed.
* Assist Customer Service department as requested.
* Enter donation invoices as requested.
* Maintain Store Order Checklists
* Able to rotate working late evening, weekend, and Holiday schedules.
* Special projects and other requests as assigned.
