Summary: The Kitchen Supervisor will assist in the overall operation of the culinary team in the respective outlet. Partnering with FB management, this individual is responsible for creating schedules, executing orders, and ensuring a quality experience for hotel guests.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for efficient operation of the Banquet kitchen (Primarily cold pantry production)

Reviewing BEO's/ordering/ req food,

Writing production sheets

Supervising staff and assigning tasks

Develop additions to menu

Train and develop staff

MOS training and reviews

Monitoring of kitchen equipment is in good working order

Monitor daily food production and safety of staff.

2-3 years culinary experience, reliable, motivated, and good problem solving skills preferred.

Computer skills preferred.

Job Requirements

Successful candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be flexible and able to work all shifts including AM's, PM's, Overnights, weekend and holidays.

Required standing, walking, reaching and lifting up to 40 lbs throughout shift.
