Position Summary:

Responsible for plumbing modifications, installations and repairs for maintenance, major and minor projects. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for restroom preventative maintenance in all stores.
• Repair/replace water heaters, expansion tanks, filter systems.
• Repair/replace produce misting systems.
• Repair/replace fixtures: sinks, faucets, toilets, urinals.
• Provide plumbing service and repairs to a designated territory.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Minimum Position Qualifications

• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to work with other teammates.
• Self-motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize service calls.
• Proficient knowledge of common tools and materials use to repair or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and work related to the trade.
• Skilled with motor driven drain machines.
• Trouble shoot and track drain problems.
• Ability to coordinate plumbing related projects or repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to travel independently.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules as required (including nights, weekends and holidays). Overtime may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Desired Previous Job Experience:

• Basic PC skills. Position will utilize Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel ,and MS Outlook).
• General plumbing experience especially in food retail and/or commercial facilities.
