  • We have an opening for a part-time ADMINISTRATOR, OFFICE position.
  • Location: Coca-Cola Conferences, One Coca-Cola Plaza  Atlanta, GA  30313  Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule:  P/T, hours will vary and will fall between 7am & 7pm.  Approx. 20-25 hours/week.
  • Requirement:  Office administrator/clerical experience is highly preferred.

Summary: Assists the meeting services office team with any and all duties related to the reservation process. This will include, but will not be limited to: intake, data entry, confirmations and face-to-face client interaction.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer call center phone line.
  • Respond to email room requests and catering orders.
  • Enter orders in reservation system.
  • Backfill other positions as necessary.
  • Assist with projects as assigned.
  • Assist with Management of Reservation Tool.
  • Other delegated responsibilities as necessary.
