URS Corporation is hiring qualified production Control Clerksin support of USMC Depot Augmentation - Albany, GA.
Must have ability to collect, compile, analyze and record data from multiple sources.
Must have a basic understanding of DoD supply systems.
Must possess problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Must have ability to perform root cause analysis and recognize changes in supply data.
Must be able to operate Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Must have advanced Microsoft Excel formatting, editing, and formula executing skills.
Must have ability to summarize analysis and prepare reports for review.
Must have understanding of military and civilian rank structure.
Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Must be self-motivated.
Must work well as a team member to meet organization and command goals.
Must be able to meet physical demands of position and pass/maintain any related medical examination requirements required to perform assigned daily tasks.
May be required to pass and maintain a U.S. Government background security check.
Workload duration is 1 year.

Employee will play a role in an analytical cell providing support in identifying, developing and executing material requirements and collaborating with wholesale suppliers to ensure requirements are met. Duties will include collecting, compiling, analyzing and recording material supply and logistics data from DoD Integrated Logistics Systems to assist in inventory level maintenance, inventory reduction, and material requirements. Employee will conduct data analysis from complex Excel workbooks consisting of material usage information. Employee will run reports to develop Procurement Material Supply Plans. Employee will conduct analysis to determine current and future requirements to pass on to DoD Sources of Supply.
