I. Job Summary

The Client Set-up and Maintenance Representative is responsible for the set-up and maintenance of services for clients / vendors of Acorn & MAS. In addition to the aforementioned, this position is responsible for performing research to resolve any vendor / client issues.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Validate services via vendor invoices, vendor calls and data exhibits

Prepare client / location service levels and enter into Acorn & MAS for new client launches, projects, etc.

Set-up "One Off " Open Top requests via web portal, while obtaining prices from trash hauling vendors

Perform set-up specifications in Acorn & MAS. Follow-up with vendors and locations to confirm schedule and actual delivery completion

Execute "One Off" service request changes (same as Open Top requests tasks)

Receive vendor service and billing issues via ACORN issue queue. Access, resolve or escalate accordingly

Responsible for obtaining and tracking Vendor Schedule A acceptances & rejections. Access, resolve or escalate accordingly

All other duties as assigned

A. Education and Experience

Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

Experience: No prior work experience required (in addition to education requirement).

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

None required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Ability to excel in a fluid team, face-paced environment

Proficient in MS Excel (Intermediate level)

Critical thinking ability

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written
