Machine Operator Trainee - Full-time / Part-time

Operator Trainee. We are currently recruiting for one of the largest manufacturing companies in Spartanburg. We have Inspecting, Quality, Machine Operator, Press Operator Assistant, and Material handler and Loader positions that are available immediately. Our client is expanding which has created a demand for new employees. We are excited to be a partner in helping them find full time employees.

PAY: The pay rate for the Operator Trainee starts at $12.50 and will quickly move up. Operator s make $15.00 per hour.

SHIFTS: Our client runs three shift, 1st First, 2nd Second, and 3rd Third. To be considered for these positions, you would need to be available to work any shift plus overtime as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must be able to stand for the duration of their shift, perform moderate to heavy lifting depending on the job, pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, and twisting. Requirements include: Stable Work History, 2 years plus experience working in a manufacturing environment, HSD or GED. Drug screen and Background check are required.
