Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
As an Erbert & Gerbert's Sandwich Shop Assistant Manager, you will assist the restaurant General Manager in the daily management of the restaurant. This position requires a strong commitment to excellence, energy and a belief that growth & financial success is dependent on our ability to meet our customer's high expectations.
Your primary responsibilities include:
1. Assist General Manager schedule, perform weekly inventories, submit food order, etc.
2. Assist the General Manager achieve key financial targets such as Labor %, Food Cost % and Sales Targets.
3. Ensure your restaurant meets and exceeds Franchise operational and food safety standards.
4. Clearly communicate restaurant operational requirements to your staff
5. Manage day or Night shifts.
The following qualifications are VERY desirable for this position:
- High school diploma.
- US Citizen or valid work permit.
- Prior restaurant management or shift lead experience.
- Have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
- Food Safety Certification or desire to obtain.
- Have an open mind and willingness to learn
- Have a desire to be a leader.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $26,000 to 28,000 USD Annually (plus commission)
