Sodexo School Services is seeking a high energy General Manager to join our management team. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with stellar communication skills and the ability to effectively manage front-line production employees in a dynamic environment.
Specific duties include supervising front of the house operations regarding marketing and customer service as well as the food production, purchasing and receiving food and supplies. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, knowledge of the NSLP guidelines, USDA commodities, NutriKids software and managing a food service team in a K-12 environment is strongly preferred. Food costing, catering experience, excellent client relations and team building skills are a must. Account receivable and payable experience experience is required, along with the skill set to effectively implement all budget controls at the unit level.
Steilacoom School District is comprised of both Steilacoom and Dupont, Washington, on the shores of the Puget Sound. The district is relatively low free and reduced, with 20 Sodexo hourly staff with 6 school sites. Posiition will have full responsiblity for the management of the programs and staff, client and board communiciation and full responsibilty to achieve the budgeted financial results for both the client and Sodexo.

Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
