About this job
Carries out effective patient treatment plans in a variety of settings based on assignment, which are established by the licensed/registered therapist. Plans conform to federal, state and professional standards.
Graduate from an accredited program for Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants.
Must possess and maintain current state or national certification and/or licensure in accordance with the state-specific practice.
Must have own transportation to travel between sites as needed.
Must possess computer skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish specific job duties and assignments.
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements upon hire and as needed.
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with other employees at all levels
Must possess computer skills of the types and at a level necessary to accomplish the job
