Working Lead, Maintenance Mechanic - Full-time / Part-time

Provide leadership, supervision and accountability within the maintenance department. Provide feedback to employees and write performance reviews. Positively represent UTC Aerospace Systems' company vision and support the management team. Know, understand and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and consistently implemented. Communicate information up and down the organization on a regular basis. Facilitate and document employee training. Plan, assign and monitor crew priorities and work requirements throughout the work day/work week. Ensure departmental and plant objectives are achieved as scheduled. Observe and follow environmental, health and safety procedures. Adhere to applicable engineering instruction, standard operation procedures, and departmental procedures. Execute administrative duties for daily operations. Ensure a clean and organized work area is maintained. Ensure required equipment maintenance is completed. Facilitate monthly safety meetings. Facilitate daily start-up meetings. Support Continuous Improvement initiatives. Master all incident, accident and emergency procedures and have thorough knowledge of reporting protocol in such event.
