Food manufacturing company in North Fort worth is looking for R&D Secretary.
Primary responsiblity include:
Coordinating the collaborative efforts of R&D, Technical and Sales in all the requirements
necessary for establishing new business accounts
Works closely with all responsible departments to assure that all projects are maintained
current and all goals, objectives and tasks are met within scheduled and agreed upon timelines
Creating and maintaining all project plans/workbooks.
Sourcing new ingredients when requested by R&D. This includes procuring all necessary
documentation including but not limited to: Specification sheets, nutrition, allergens, GMO,
Kosher and pricing and availability
Tracking, receiving and maintaining all R&D samples and projects in a database and log
Maintaining a current R&D ingredient inventory
Able to update the system with new formulas, new projects, and their assignment
Tracking of all sample shipments to their final destination
Responsible for all R&D purchases
Able to assist R&D with sample requests, entering data into D-base, formula weigh-ups
Able to generate all Technical information including but not limited to: Specification sheets, nutritional, allergens, GMO, Product Safety, Formula Breakdowns, Kosher and any other documents that may be customer specific
Able to generate pricing files
Able to audit all technical reports and data
Other duties as assigned
