Our Store Managers are results driven individuals who will be responsible for the overall store management. They are natural born leaders that love to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales goals and manage staff effectively.

As a Retail Store Manager, you will:

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train all associates.
• Initiate training and adhere to all company training procedures
• Assure proper money handling techniques are used in keeping with company policies and procedures
• Direct and oversee the activities of the store to ensure efficient management in all aspects of the operation
• Demonstrate effective product knowledge of Puzzled Bear
• Complete all new hire paperwork, payroll transmittal's and time sheets and submits on a timely basis
• Resolving guest complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
• Be a driving force in Sales Achievement

What We Need From You:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous supervisory experience in retail, sales or customer service
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must have an unBEARable passion for people and kids!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
