We have a part-time opening for a Bilingual Call Center Agents Needed TODAY!!.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Wage: $10 -$11 + Bonus

What are we looking for?

• Must have professional communication skills


• Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish fluently


• Solid Work Ethic


• Great Attendance Record


• Love talking on the phone and helping customers


• Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute


• Must have a friendly and customer service focused attitude


• Be very customer service focused while providing light collections services for our different Cable TV  clients


• You must be able to successfully pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Pay varies based on experience, education level, skillset, languages and bonuses. Bilingual base pay ($10 -$11 an hour)  + Monthly Bonuses up to $1,000

What you make in bonus depends on how well you connect with the customer and are able to secure a payment to keep their cable service active.
