Office Manager - Financial Services A highly successful Frederick, MD financial planning professional is looking for a new "right arm"! Are you that person? This is a highly successful financial planning firm that needs someone who is a self-starter and can frequently work independently. Strong administrative skills and experience needed for calendars, scheduling and confirmation of appointments. You will have daily use of Microsoft Word and Excel documents. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be put to the test while interfacing with clients, staff and community partners. Help plan and make all arrangements for events and meetings. Follow through and communication are very important to make sure that principal advisor and staff are aware of incomplete or unresolved tasks along with answering client questions and concerns as needed. Answer phones, complete hard copy and electronic copy filing tasks in an organized manner, order office supplies, and responsibility to keep the overall office with the goal of maximizing efficiency and productivity. Experience and knowledge of financial products including mutual fund, stock, bond, insurance, and annuity is extremely helpful in this role. College degree preferred. This is a salaried professional position that requires an experienced office manager. Will report directly to the Owner/President.
