The successful Corporate Recruiter will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of solid knowledge and experience (or equivalent combination or education and experience) of full lifecycle recruitment, selection, and negotiation techniques.
  • Corporate recruiting experience a plus.
  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • High level of computer expertise with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Flexibility to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects and client relationships.

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Successfully manage, prioritize and close searches to achieve all SLAs including time to fill and “exceeds expectations” rankings in both candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Articulate the responsibilities of the hiring teams and talent acquisition.  Utilize a formal tracking process to measure the accountability of deliverables and timelines against the SLAs.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches for candidates through a deep understanding of their needs and business. 
  • Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through pro-active sourcing and on-going relationship management.
  • Network through relationships with business leaders, vendors and community organizations to promote the DISH employment brand.
