As a Part-time Retail Sales Associate, you will…

· Approach and greet every customer

· Demonstrate effective product knowledge of Puzzled Bear

· Colla-BEAR-ate with Store Manager and perform other duties to support the needs of the business

· Achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team

· Work evenings and weekend shifts as needed in a retail mall environment

· Resolve guest complaints in a prompt and courteous manner

What We Need From You:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· A background in retail, sales or customer service

· Ability to stand for long periods of time

· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

· Must have an unBEARable passion for people and kids!

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
