** This is a 6 Month Contract-to-Hire Opportunity (100% long term pending job performance and attendance)**
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with patients to ensure they are administering test correctly
- Fax results to clients on a daily basis
- Register patients into internal database
- Follow up with physician practices to retrieve missing patient demographic or insurance information or physician's signature
- Research and resolve incorrect addresses to obtain updated mailing addresses and resubmit invoices
- Answer all inbound phone calls, answering inquiries if customer service-related, sending calls to appropriate department
- Follow up with individuals for unpaid self-pay balances
- Perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to: mailings, filing, faxing, document scanning and coping
Required Qualifications:
- Great communication skills over the phone (Spanish Speaking is a plus) and able to work in fast paced team environment
- At least 6 months of inbound calling experience - 60-80 calls per day
- Flexibility as needed for shift coverage between 8am - 8pm. Will have set schedule, but they like flexibility as needed
- Able to handle administrative tasks each day on patient accounts/test kits - Mailings, Filings, Faxing, Scanning, etc
