Location: 25 Blackstone Valley Place, Lincoln, RI
Hours: Shifts will be rotating seven days a week candidates must have open availability. **8.5 hour shift starts between 8:00am-2:30pm. The days will rotate per week: Sundays, are paid time and a half.
Training hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $12.00/hr
Start Date: October 5th
Job Description:
Taking inbound calls for any questions customers have for online shopping and services. This can include navigating the website, online pharmacy services, photo, tracking orders, etc.
Top candidates will have call center experience in a busy environment and be 100% okay with working on weekends. They will be working with customers who have issues ordering online. (Products, concerns, questions about shipping, and even working them through making an order.) A big part of the call center is the online pharmacy services and photo orders. Order entry experience, banking, retail management are all strong background. These interviews will be behavioral based.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast pace busy environment
- Flexible schedule
