Controller - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Controller with a local, well known, and reputable company in Springfield, MO.

Job Responsibilities:

-Understand GL works

-Coordinate, track, and consult with company president on depreciation schedules

-Oversee and finalize weekly office and shop payroll

-Prepare weekly payroll taxes and reporting

- Maintain the General business ledger

-Coordinate and prepare monthly financial reports and financial statements.

-Play an advisory role as to the President of the company on Accounting and financial best practices and procedures.

Job qualifications:

- Minimium of a Bachelors degree in Accounting

-10-15 years progressive experience as a controller, CFO, or Business Owner.

-Preference given to candidates from a manufacturing, production, or transportation background.

Pay is between $50,000 and $75,000 annually depending on experience, and a full benefits package is also provided. Please apply with your resume for consideration.
