Manager Trainee - Full-time

Fusion National is hiring for an Manager Trainee. Trainees can expect to learn the skills needed to market a service, acquire customers, hire new employees and manage individuals. Trainees can expect to gain experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, management and basic financial principals.

Responsibilities:
-Learn basic sales and marketing techniques and philosophies
-Reach consistent sales production goals
-Account Management
-Learn basic management principles
-Assist in the training of new employees
-Shadow hiring managers to learn the interview process
-Learn basic payroll and financial breakdowns

Requirements/Skills:
