  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and four plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
  • 5+ years experience in business to business sales and/or account management experience.

The Commercial National Sales Manager oversees a team of Commercial ASMs who are responsible for selling direct public and private activations.  This position is responsible for the general oversight and growth of the direct business coordinating closely with Commercial Operations and In Home Services to ensure that the necessary tools and resources are available to grow this business.

  • Manage the sales activities, personnel, and customer satisfaction efforts of the commercial direct sales channel.
  • Develop and implements strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Provide strong leadership, direction, communication, and support to ASMs.
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Direct channel development activity and coordinates sales by establishing quotas, and goals.
  • Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product.
  • Meet with key prospects, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Prepare sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Monitor and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Responsible for all hiring and development of ASMs.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales quotas, KPI’s and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis.
