Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating health care and professional services of a licensed home care service agency
- Must ensure all aspects of home care daily operations are within the standards of all applicable laws, rules and regulations
Employment requirements:
- NYS licensed and currently registered as a registered professional nurse
- 2-4 years of experience in patient care setting
- At least (2) years experience in a supervisory or administrative position in a home care agency
- Must know Department of Health regulations for Licensed Home Care Agency
- Previous office experience with leadership qualities and excellent organization skills
