Responsibilities of the Seasonal Retail Area Manager include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a friendly and inviting, customer-first atmosphere
- Meet sales goals, merchandising, operations, staffing, supervision, training and development, inventory management, loss prevention, and ensuring adherence to company set guidelines and policies
- Assist Regional Manager in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training, as well as ongoing coaching and guidance of Store Managers and Sales Associates
- Implement and embody IDNA’s retail selling strategies and guidelines
- Coordinate and assist with set-up and tear down of kiosks at beginning and end of season
- A high school diploma or GED
- A valid driver's license
- At least two years of business management or supervisory experience, preferably in the retail industry
- A flexible schedule and ability to work 45-50 hours per week from October through December. Retail Area Supervisors must be always accessible and on call for business needs
- Must be willing to travel to all kiosk locations within your designated area
- You get paid Weekly
- IDNA will provide reimbursement for costs incurred on your personal cell phone and provide you with a rented vehicle for the duration of your job
